Yes, we specialize in serving international clients, particularly those in Australia, New Zealand, and other regions.
2. Customer Support
How can I contact your customer service team?

Our business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

3. Pricing and Contracts
How do you calculate your storage fees?
Our storage fees are calculated on a full month basis, mostly on a per pallet
Do you offer long-term contracts?
Yes, we are open to long terms contracts
Do you offer online tracking for shipments?
Our payment policy is we invoice once a month at the end of the month. All of our terms are Net 15-30 Days. We allow for checks, ACH, and CC ( with processing fee ), but encourage direct deposit

We can store a wide variety of goods, to include Dry Goods (both Human and Pet), Consumer Goods, Outdoor Living, Beverage, Construction, Manufacturing Raw Materials.
Do you offer value-added services?
Yes, we offer various value-added services such as kitting, assembly, and labeling and special projects.
How do you ensure the security of our goods?
We implement strict security measures, including monitored alarm service, security camera inside, access control, and insurance coverage.
5. Distribution Services
What is your order fulfillment process like?
Our efficient order fulfillment process involves receiving orders, picking and packing items, and shipping them to the specified destination.
How do you handle returns and exchanges?
We have a streamlined process for handling returns and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction. We will create a SOW for each customer’s workflow for Reverse Logistics.
Do you offer transportation services?

9. Pick and Pack
What is the typical turnaround time for your pick and pack services?
Our cut-off for the same day is 12:00 p.m. PST. We strive to process orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
Do you offer custom packaging options for my products?
Yes, we offer custom packaging options to meet your specific needs. We can provide branded packaging, protective materials, and other customizations.
How do you ensure the accuracy of orders during the pick and pack process?
We implement quality control measures such as barcode scanning, 3rd party shipping platforms, double-checking, and random audits to ensure the accuracy of orders.
