What is your payment policy?

Our payment policy is we invoice once a month at the end of the month. All of our terms are Net 15-30 Days. We allow for checks, ACH, and CC ( with processing fee ), but encourage direct deposit

We can store a wide variety of goods, to include Dry Goods (both Human and Pet), Consumer Goods, Outdoor Living, Beverage, Construction, Manufacturing Raw Materials.

Do you offer value-added services?

Yes, we offer various value-added services such as kitting, assembly, and labeling and special projects.

How do you ensure the security of our goods?

We implement strict security measures, including monitored alarm service, security camera inside, access control, and insurance coverage.

What is your order fulfillment process like?

Our efficient order fulfillment process involves receiving orders, picking and packing items, and shipping them to the specified destination.

How do you handle returns and exchanges?

We have a streamlined process for handling returns and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction. We will create a SOW for each customer’s workflow for Reverse Logistics.

What is the typical turnaround time for your pick and pack services?

Our cut-off for the same day is 12:00 p.m. PST. We strive to process orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
