Inventory:
We provide our
customers with a warehouse management system that
controls their inventories from delivery to
pick-up. We can keep accurate records by individual
pallet or piece(s) by utilizing the lot/ location
tracking program. The program allows us to perform
scheduled cycle counts weekly. Our successful cycle
counting program has given us excellent results in
all our customer’s yearly physical inventories. For
one such customer we continue to have less than .01%
variance on annual inventories of $15 to $20 million
of product. We are experienced and knowledgeable in
the use of bar code and scanning devices along with
providing EDI and ASN confirmations.
